4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
