1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the qwevotv IPTV streaming service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

qwevotv provides an internet-delivered streaming service giving subscribers access to live television channels, video-on-demand movies and series, and related features such as an electronic program guide (EPG). Content availability, channel lineups, and features may change from time to time without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed upfront for the selected plan duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and device count.
All subscriptions are prepaid; there is no automatic recurring billing unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change for future billing periods, but will not change during an active subscription term.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing unless you have a separate reseller agreement with us. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials or the streamed content to third parties.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@qwevo.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime and use anti-freeze technology across our server network, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Occasional maintenance, third-party network issues, or events outside our control may affect availability.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Since subscriptions are prepaid, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, qwevotv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
